Police Need Your Help To Find Raheem Matthew Wanted For Gun, Drug Possession: VIPD

FREDERIKSTED — Police need your help to find a St. Croix suspect wanted for having an illegal firearm in his vehicle.

Raheem Matthew, 26, of Frederiksted is wanted for carrying a firearm openly or concealed, carrying a firearm within a vehicle within 1,000 feet of a school, possession of ammunition and possession of marijuana, the Virgin Islands Police Department said.

Matthew is a Black male with a brown complexion, brown eyes and black hair who stands about 5-feet, 9-inches tall and weighs about 190 pounds, according to the VIPD.

The suspect is known to frequent Lorraine Village Apartments, St. Croix Mutual Homes, Croixville Apartments, Cozy Corner Bar and Quickserve Service Station in Estate Plessen, VIPD Communications Director Glen Dratte said.
