Help police find St. Croix man wanted for assault and battery

CHRISTIANSTED — Police need your help to find a St. Croix man wanted for an incident of domestic violence.

Daniel Ponce, 56, is wanted in connection to a case of simple assault & battery, the Virgin Islands Police Department said.

Ponce is an Hispanic male with brown eyes, black hair, an athletic build and a light complexion. He stands 5-feet, 6-inches tall and weighs 180 pounds.

The suspect is known to frequent the Sion Farm and St. Croix Mutual Homes (Grove Place) areas of St. Croix, according to the VIPD.

Police say Ponce drives a white Ford pickup truck but did not provide a year, model or license plate number for his vehicle.
