MIAMI (Daily Mail) —Tyreek Hill‘s estranged wife accused the scandal-plagued NFL star of booting her out and taking their baby away without her consent in an explosive new court document obtained by DailyMail.com.
Keeta Vaccaro, 33, filed for divorce a day after cops responded to reports of an ‘assault in progress’ at the couple’s luxury Miami condo on April 7.
Hill, 31, hurled a laptop onto the floor and was ‘aggressive and impulsive’ according to Vaccaro’s mother Alesia – but police determined that ‘no crime was committed’.

In a fresh court filing, Vaccaro says the Dolphins wideout disappeared for several days before returning to their Miami apartment on April 17 to ‘unilaterally remove’ their four-month-old daughter, Capri.
“The Husband returned to the home and announced that he was taking the baby, over the objections of the Wife who had invited him to spend time with the baby,” says the “emergency” motion, filed within hours of the latest spat.
“When the police arrived, the police told the Wife that she had no choice except to let the Husband take the baby, and so she did.”

“The Husband has never taken care of the baby, never bathed her, never changed a diaper, never dressed her and never put her to bed. He has never been alone with the baby.”
“When the wife expressed her concerns to him, he told her that he and his mother would ‘figure it out.'”
Hill, rumored to have as many as 10 kids, has ‘no desire to spend time with the baby,” fitness influencer Vaccaro alleges.

“The husband’s track record for involvement as a parent is well-established as he has many, many other children. His objective is coercion and control of his wife.”
Vaccaro goes on to describe the aftermath of the April 7 “altercation” which followed an argument over Hill’s apparent lack of involvement with the baby, according to a police report.
“The husband listed the marital home for sale, took the Wife’s car, and told her to get out,” Vaccaro’s lawyers alleged.

“Then he started threatening to take the child.”
‘The Husband also is trying to separate the Wife from her mother and sister, who are her support system.
‘The Husband’s behavior when taken as a whole is evidence of an effort to coerce the Wife into abandoning her marital rights and leaving with nothing.’

Vaccaro’s filing says Hill – whose $7million Southwest Ranches mansion was badly damaged by fire last year – has already leased a new luxury apartment.
She wants a judge to grant her exclusive use of the marital condo and have Hill’s access to Capri limited to “professional supervised timesharing.”
“The Husband’s objective is to demonstrate to the Wife that he can do whatever he pleases, whenever he wants, and that she has no control, which is consistent with his behavior during their marriage,” the mom pleads.
The wellness influencer also claimed that following the domestic dispute, Hill listed their home for sale and took her car before threatening to take Capri
“It is clear that the Husband will continue to act unilaterally and without regard for the Wife and child’s personal space and well-being if he is not constrained by a court order.”
Relationship drama is nothing new to Hill who filed for divorce just two months after marrying Vaccaro in November 2023 after a long on-again, off-again engagement.
He immediately declared it was an error and said he had fired members of his legal team for submitting the paperwork without his authorization.

The star athlete has been dogged by controversies dating back to 2014 when he was kicked off the team at Oklahoma State and received three years’ probation for choking ex-fiancée Crystal Espinal while she was pregnant with their first son, Zev Carter.
In 2019 he was suspended by Kansas City, his former team, over alleged child abuse allegations but was reinstated after he pleaded his innocence and a district attorney determined there was insufficient evidence to prove he had broken Zev’s arm.
More recently Hill – nicknamed Cheetah because of his blistering speed – has been ensnared in paternity battles with multiple women.
