CRUZ BAY — The Department of Planning and Natural Resources said that the public library on St. John will only be open three days a week. The change first went into effect this week.
The Elaine Ione Sprauve Library and Museum of Cultural Arts located on St. John’s west end will be opened only on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Commissioner nominee Jean-Pierre Oriol said today.
Commissioner designee Oriol said that he “apologizes for any inconvenience caused during this temporary change and thanks the public for their patience and understanding.”
DPNR manages the public library system in the territory.
