UPDATED! VIPD Needs Your Help To Find St. Croix Woman Wanted For Macing Another Woman

FREDERIKSTED — A 30-year-old St. Croix woman is wanted for questioning by the VIPD in a second-degree assault case, authorities said.

The Virgin Islands Police Department issued a “WANTED” poster on Donna Emmanuel of St. Croix today.

Emmanuel was described by police as being a black woman with brown eyes, black hair, a “light complexion,” medium build who stands 5-feet, 4-inches tall and weighs 180 pounds.

She is known to frequent Estates Whim, Stoney Ground and Hannah’s Rest in Frederiksted, according to the VIPD.

UPDATE: The VIPD said at 4:14 p.m. on Saturday September 14 that Emmanuel turned herself in to police on the arrest warrant at 11:15 p.m. on September 11.

Bail for Emmanuel was set at $50,000 by order of the Superior Court.

Unable to post bail, she was remanded to the Custody of the Bureau of Corrections.
