HOLY SUNDAY! Woman Tells Cops She Was Forced To Give St. Thomas Man A Handjob After Car Crash

CHARLOTTE AMALIE — Virgin Islands Police Department patrol officers, Crime Scene Technicians, detectives from the Criminal Investigation Bureau, a member of the Victim’s Advocate agency and personnel from the Family Resource Center assembled at the Schneider Regional Medical Center to investigate a 911 emergency call of unlawful sexual contact at 6:37 p.m. on Sunday.

Upon arrival, officers encountered a victim who told officers that after leaving “Tap and Still” Bar & Restaurant in the Port of Sale Mall area on Saturday, September 7, 2019 at approximately 11:00 p.m. she was traveling westbound. She revealed that while traveling she recalls hitting a curb at the Mandela Circle intersection, according to the VIPD.

In her recollection of events, she told officers she remembered being inside a residence and a suspect exposed his private parts and demanded that the victim touch him. She was then forced to massage his private parts until climax was achieved. She recalled being driven to her residence by an unknown male and the suspect was also in the vehicle.

This incident is under investigation by the Criminal Investigation Bureau.
