VIPD Needs Your Help To Find Missing 68-Year-Old Man On St. Thomas

CHARLOTTE AMALIE — The VIPD says it needs your help to find a 68-year-old man who went missing on St. Thomas last week.

Virgin Islands Police Department officers were dispatched to investigate a missing person about 9:30 a.m. on September 26.

When police arrived on the scene they interviewed a female roommate of Ottley Smith who stated, on September 23, 2019 at around 7:30 a.m., she left the residence and after returning she has not seen Smith.  

Smith is about 5-feet, 11-inches tall and weighs about 175 pounds. He has brown eyes, gray hair, a dark complexion, with a slim build and facial hair.
