DLCA To Hold Virtual Public Hearing On Proposed New Liquor License For Tavern On Kronprindsens Gade

CHARLOTTE AMALIE — The Virgin Islands Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs (DLCA) said today a virtual public hearing will be held to hear community concerns about a pending application for a Tavern Keeper A liquor license to conduct the proposed business activity listed as” 1st floor bar sales of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages” at the physical location of 24 Kronprindsens Gade, St. Thomas. 

Pursuant to Title 8 of the Virgin Islands Code Section 13(c), DLCA may refuse to grant an application for alcohol license upon finding, after public notice and adequate hearing, that such refusal is in the public interest. The virtual public hearing is scheduled for Thursday,October 8, 2020 via Zoom at the provided link below:
