So now that a police station located near the Cyril E. King Airport on St. Thomas got the DIY treatment — it is bound to have a positive effect on all who visit it.
The Bassanio G. David Sr. Zone B Command near Bournefield, Lindbergh Bay got “a facelift,” recently, the Virgin Islands Police Department said.
“We are the community, and the community is us.” Police Commander Barrington Thomas, Sr leads the Zone Command Center.
Members of the general community seemed grateful on social media for the police rehabilitation efforts to the property.
“About time,” Armitage A. Allembert said on Twitter.
The news of the St. Thomas police station’s “face lift” was posted to Twitter at 3:00 p.m. Thursday.
The Zone B Command Center has 2,500 square feet of interior space.
