VIPD Asks For Your Help To Find Missing Cruise Ship Passenger Regina Gilliam On St. Thomas

CHARLOTTE AMALIE — Police are asking for your assistance to help them find a missing cruise ship passenger.

Regina Gilliam, 26, was not on board the Carnival Splendor when it left the West India Company Ltd. dock at Havensight about 8:19 p.m. on Thursday.

Gilliam, who stands about 5’4″ tall and weighs about 200 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes but did not return to the Carnival Splendor on Thursday afternoon by the ship’s deadline for boarding.

If know of Gilliam’s whereabouts or come in contact with her please call the VIPD at 340 774 2211or 911.
