CHARLOTTE AMALIE — Lt. Gov. Osbert Potter advised Monday that corporations, partnerships, and LLC whether profit or non-profit must pay their franchise taxes and produce reports on or before July 2 to avoid the assessment of penalties and interest.

Cashier services are available from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., according to the release.
