St. Croix's Sean Miller Arrested and Charged In Alleged Assault-Strangulation of Woman
FREDERIKSTED — A St. Croix man is in custody today after being arrested on Sunday for allegedly assaulting and strangling a woman.
Sean F. Miller, 26, was arrested and charged with second-degree assault-domestic violence on Saturday morning, the Virgin Islands Police Department said.
On August 4, 2018, at approximately 9:28 a.m., officers from the Wilbur Francis Command police station responded to a reported domestic disturbance at the Walter I. M. Hodge Pavilion.

Upon officers arrival they met with the female victim, who stated that a male acquaintance strangled her and assaulted her.

On Sunday about 11:10 a.m., Miller was placed under arrest and charged with assault in the second degree-domestic violence.
As per the domestic violence law no bail was granted for Miller; he was remanded to the Golden Grove Detention Facility .
