Lt. Gov. Osbert Potter Is In Control of The Virgin Islands Government Starting Today

CHARLOTTE AMALIE — Government House said that Lieutenant Governor Osbert Potter will serve as Acting Governor beginning this afternoon while Governor Kenneth Mapp makes a brief trip out of the territory.

Potter will act as Governor until Governor Mapp’s scheduled return on Wednesday.

Government House offered no other information in a two-line prepared statement released today.
