Sprat Hall Man Arrested In Connection To November 2019 Whim Burglary: VIPD

FREDERIKSTED — The VIPD Criminal Investigation and Special Operations Bureaus conducted a joint operation which resulted in the arrest of a Sprat Hall man over the weekend.

Jonathan Scribner, 35, of Sprat Hall, was arrested at 5:59 a.m. Saturday and charged with third-degree burglary, the Virgin Islands Police Department said.

The charges stem from an incident that occurred on November 11, 2019 at a residence in Estate Whim, according to the VIPD.

Bail for Scribner was set at $30,000. Unable to post bail, he was remanded to the custody of the Virgin Islands Bureau of Corrections (BOC) pending an advice-of-rights hearing.
