St. Croix Man Wanted For Attempted Murder Surrenders To Police

FREDERIKSTED A St. Croix man wanted for attempted murder has surrendered to police without incident, authorities said.

Patterson Alleyne III, 19, was arrested at 2:57 p.m. Sunday and charged with attempted murder, first-degree assault and second-degree assault-domestic violence, the Virgin Islands Police Department said.

No bail was set for Alleyene as per the domestic violence statute in the territory. 

He was remanded to the John Bell Bureau of Corrections pending an advice-of-rights hearing.
