CHARLOTTE AMALIE — Police arrested 63-year-old St. Thomas resident in connection to a break-in at the Wendy’s in Mandela Circle more than two months ago.
Marty L. Glover was arrested and charged with third-degree burglary, the Virgin Islands Police Department said.
The case began on September 26, 2024, when the Wendy’s Restaurant at Mandela Circle filed a criminal complaint, according to the VIPD.

The Criminal Investigation Bureau met with Glover near the Home Depot on Donoe Raod and took him into custody after he was positively identified on surveillance video as a “possible suspect” in the burglary, police said.
The CIB transported Glover to the Alexander Farrelly Justice Complex, Criminal Investigation Bureau, where he was advised of his Miranda Rights regarding self-incrimination in connection to this active criminal investigation, according to police.
Bail for Glover was set at $25,000.00. Unable to post bail, he was transferred to the custody of the Bureau of Corrections at the St. Thomas jail pending further court action.
This case is currently under active investigation by the Criminal Investigation Bureau.
