CHRISTIANSTED — Today St. Croix will experience times of clouds and sunshine with a thunderstorm in spots this morning and a high of 87, AccuWeather said.
Tonight St. Croix will be most cloudy with a couple of showers late and a low of 76, according to AccuWeather.
Calm weather conditions are expected this morning across the islands, the National Weather Service said.
But afternoon showers are expected once again over the interior and eastern sections of Puerto Rico, according to the NWS.
Due to saturated soils and the anticipated activity the flooding risk remains elevated today. the NWS said.
There is a moderate risk of rip currents along the beaches from northwest to north central Puerto Rico today, according to the NWS.
The risk will be low tomorrow for all beaches across the islands, the NWS said.
