CHARLOTTE AMALIE — A St. Thomas homeless man wanted for burglarizing a shuttered hotel last month was arrested by police recently, authorities said.

Jean Connor, 39, of no fixed address, was arrested at 9 a.m. on Saturday and charged with third-degree burglary, the Virgin Islands Police Department said.

Connor stands accused of stealing from the Palms Court Harborview Hotel on March 11, according to the VIPD.

Bail was set at $25,000. Unable to post bail, he was remanded to the custody of the Bureau of Corrections pending an advice-of-rights hearing.
