SAN JUAN — Rain bands associated with Tropical Storm Franklin will continue to impact the area today, particularly in the south and southeast coastal towns.
The rains will NOT be continuous. Therefore, periods of moderate to heavy rainfall are expected with medium cloudy conditions in the affected areas.
