CHARLOTTE AMALIE — Police detectives arrested Kelani I. Smith, charging him with Attempted 1st Degree Murder; 1st and 3rd Degree Use of Attempted 1st Degree Murder; 3rd Degree Assault; 1st Degree Reckless Endangerment, and much more, the Virgin Islands Police Department said on Twitter.
