SAN JUAN — A tropical wave in the Caribbean Sea will bring showers and thunderstorms, with most impact over the eastern third of Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands by tonight, the National Weather Service said.
St. Thomas, St. Croix and St. John have a 70 percent chance of rain today; while in San Juan, Fajardo, Caguas, Vieques and Culebra the chance of precipitation is 80 percent, according to the NWS.
No tropical cyclone formation is expected during the next five days, according to the National Hurricane Center in Miami.
