CHARLOTTE AMALIE — Director Barbara Jackson-McIntosh said that the Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV), has placed a temporary moratorium on the issuance of Car Rental Quotas.
The BMV is reviewing and reconciling the current quota, therefore rental quotas will not be
issued until further notice.
Director McIntosh apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused.
