CHARLOTTE AMALIE — Police are investigating after a man was killed at a condominium complex located between the St. Thomas airport and Charlotte Amalie this morning.
Dennis Eduardo Eusebio, 22, was positively identified by a family member as the deceased, the Virgin Islands Police Department said.
The ShotSpotter detection system alerted 911 dispatchers at 2:48 a.m. today that multiple gunshots were fired at Contant Towers Condominium, according to the VIPD.

Responding officers traveled to the area of Contant Tower Condominium and discovered a male individual who sustained multiple gunshot wounds about his body, police said.
Emergency Medical Technician contacted an unresponsive Hispanic male and concluded that the male did not have any signs of life, according to police.
The death marks the territory’s third homicide reported so far this year, including two on St. Thomas and one on St. Croix.
There have been four shooting deaths in the U.S. Virgin Islands in first 13 days of 2025, including an officer-involved killing at Lorraine Village Apartments in St. Croix on January 5.
