CHRISTIANSTED — Today St. Croix can expect occasional morning rain; otherwise, clouds breaking for some sun and a high of 87, AccuWeather said.

Tonight St. Croix will be partly cloudy with a low of 72, according to AccuWeather.

There is a moderate risk of rip currents for the beaches from northwest to northeastern Puerto Rico, Culebra and the USVI today, the National Weather Service said.

You will see a low risk elsewhere; however, life-threatening rip currents often occur in the vicinity of groins, jetties, reefs, and piers, the NWS said.

Moderate to heavy showers are expected today, once again, across sections of central and western Puerto Rico, according to the NWS.

“Therefore, there is an Elevated Flooding Risk across these areas in the afternoon hours,” the NWS said on X.
