St. Croix: Sunny and nice with a high of 87

CHRISTIANSTED β€” Today St. Croix will be mostly sunny and nice with a high of 87, AccuWeather said.

Tonight St. Croix will be partly cloudy with a low of 73, according to AccuWeather.

Large northerly swells will bring breaking waves between 8 to 14  feet, with some even higher at times, especially along north and west facing beaches of Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, the National Weather Service said.

Dangerous rip currents, beach erosion, and minor coastal flooding are expected, according to the NWS.

“These conditions can be life threatening,” the NWS said on X. “Therefore, we strongly advise everyone to stay out of the waters and away from the shoreline until conditions improve. “
