CHRISTIANSTED — Today St. Croix will be breezy in the morning with a brief shower or two; otherwise, a blend of sun and clouds for a high of 89. AccuWeather said.

Tonight St. Croix will be partly cloudy with a low of 76, according to AccuWeather.

A frontal boundary will approach our region, increasing the potential for shower activity starting today, the National Weather Service said.

A fading northeasterly swell will promote life-threatening rip currents today, according to the NWS.

A High Rip Current Risk is in effect through this afternoon, the NWS said.
