Very hot temperatures are expected to prevail during the upcoming days across the local islands. An Extreme Heat Warning is in effect for the coastal and urban areas of Puerto RIco.

In addition, a Heat Advisory is in effect for Culebra, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Vieques.
