MILWAUKEE (MN) — A man accused of putting super glue in his co-worker’s drinks told officers the drops were a “supplement,” according to Wisconsin police and news reports.
Wisconsin State Fair Park police officers in Milwaukee were patrolling the grounds on March 20 when a woman approached them and asked for a private conversation, according to a criminal complaint obtained by WITI.
The woman said that for the past two or three weeks, she believed beverages on her desk had been contaminated, the news outlet reported. She said the drinks had a “strong chemical smell and taste,” and she became ill from drinking them.

Authorities said the woman set up a surveillance camera at her desk, which captured her co-worker, Joseph Ross, drop something into her Coca-Cola, WISN reported, citing the complaint.
When Ross was interviewed, he called the drops a “supplement,” according to WISN.
Police discovered disposable gloves and a bottle of Gorilla super glue in the trash, leading to the arrest of Ross, TMJ4 reported.
A motive for the alleged act is unclear.
Ross, 34, was charged with a felony county of placing foreign objects in edibles, court records show.
