St. Croix: Cloudy, a thunderstorm in the morning, brief showers in afternoon, high of 86

CHRISTIANSTED — Today St. Croix can expect plenty of clouds, a thunderstorm in the morning followed by a brief shower or two in the afternoon and a high of 86, AccuWeather said.

Tonight St. Croix will be cloudy with a couple of thunderstorms and a low of 75, according to AccuWeather.

Due to rain-saturated soils and the shower activity expected today, the risk of flooding will remain at a significant level, the National Weather Service said.

“Take the necessary precautions and stay informed,” the NWS said on X.
