CHRISTIANSTED — Today St. Croix will be partly sunny and breezy with a stray thunderstorm in the morning and a high of 89, AccuWeather said.
Tonight St. Croix will experience partly cloudy conditions and a low of 77, according to AccuWeather.
A gradual increase in moisture and frequency of rainfall activity is expected to begin today through the weekend, the National Weather Service said.
Showers will continue to move into the islands tonight into early Saturday, according to the NWS.
Minimum temperatures:
- Mountains: upper 60s to low 70s
- Coastal and urban areas: upper 70s to low 80s
